Contact us. We will be happy to accept a returned product within 30 days of the purchase date. All we ask is that the product be in new/unworn condition.
Return & Refund Policy
If you're not happy with your Standard Rainbow product, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for refund or replacement. We ask that the product be in new/unworn condition.
To make a return, contact us. We will give you a return address and a pre-paid shipping label. You just pop it in the mail. When we receive the package we can either replace your product or refund your money to the original form of payment.
If you received your product as a gift, we can offer an exchange, or we can refund to the original form of payment, which we realize might be somewhat awkward.
I have received a damaged item or package!
Contact us straightaway, we will take care of it.
My leggings/backpack/other Standard Rainbow product broke!
Bummer! We definitely want to know if there is an issue with one of our products, please contact us!
If something goes wrong within 1 year of your purchase, and it's outside of regular wear and tear (or abuse :-O), we will repair or replace the product.
